My name is Peter and I'm an English/writing tutor. I enjoy working with people, and I try to bring out the best in everyone with whom I interact. I have a master's degree in Communications/Writing from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, a Master of Arts degree in Teaching (English, 6th-12th grades) from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, my special education certification from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, and my essays and articles have appeared in several literary magazines. Also, my first book was recently published that was based on the five years I spent working with a man in Texas who has cerebral palsy. I tutored him to a master's degree, as well as cared for him and helped him communicate with others. My wife and I have one biological son and a baby girl we adopted four years ago.
