With more than 20 years of public speaking and over a decade of experience in leadership and career development, I bring both practical expertise and real-world insights to my students. My journey has included training leaders, mentoring young adults, and preparing professionals to navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. As a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Corporate Trainer, I have had the privilege of teaching and coaching thousands of learners at every level, from entry-level professionals to executives. In addition, my certifications in Agile practices, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement allow me to design innovative learning experiences that meet each student where they are and help them move forward with structure and strategy.

My tutoring approach is rooted in both encouragement and practicality. I believe in creating a learning environment that is tailored, interactive, and engaging—an environment where students not only gain the skills they need but also the confidence to apply them. I use real-world examples, simulated interview environments, and personalized coaching strategies to make every session meaningful and relevant. Because of my background training hiring managers and leaders on effective evaluation, I offer students insider knowledge of what happens behind the scenes during interviews, performance reviews, and leadership opportunities. Above all, my goal is to help learners reach their full potential not just by equipping them with tools and strategies, but by fostering resilience, clarity, and self-belief that they can carry into every area of their personal and professional lives.
