I take a dynamic and patient approach to helping individuals learn by identifying what resonates with them, and then figuring out a way to apply the principles of the subject to their interests so they can absorb and understand what they're learning.
I previously served 4 years in the Marines, and continuously helped my peers with the materials we were learning. In basic training, I had the highest scores across the board and became the go-to for those who didn't understand what they were doing. At my duty stations, I became the designated person to assist with most of the materials/software we were learning. This followed me in jobs I've had since getting out of the military, and into college.
