As a fourth-year medical student with a passion for teaching, I bring academic excellence and proven coaching experience to help you achieve your goals. My education journey began coaching competitive swimming from middle school through high school, including Division 1 recruits. This taught me to break down complex skills into manageable steps, create personalized plans, and motivate students beyond their limitations.

My credentials include a biochemistry degree and outstanding medical school performance. I passed USMLE Step 1 and scored 270 (95th percentile) on Step 2 CK, demonstrating mastery of basic science and clinical knowledge. I performed well above median on all shelf examinations, giving me current experience with high-stakes testing. As a Division 1 Academic All League athlete with research presentations, I'm committed to academic excellence.

My tutoring spans several years helping teammates master challenging sciences and students preparing for professional school applications (medical, occupational therapy, physical therapy). My students' admission success rates have been wonderful.

My methodology uses three phases: comprehensive assessment to identify weaknesses and create personalized study plans; content mastery through targeted practice questions building true understanding; and exam-specific preparation mirroring target examination logic.

I believe practice questions are the most effective learning tool. Rather than passive review, I emphasize active problem-solving that strengthens understanding and builds test-taking skills. For application essays, I use similar systematic methods - identifying unique strengths, developing compelling narratives, and refining through targeted revisions.

What sets me apart is meeting students where they are while providing structure and accountability. Having navigated medical school challenges myself, I understand healthcare career pressures and offer current, practical strategies for demanding coursework and high-stakes examinations.
