During my time on active duty, I trained over 10,000 Marines in weapon proficiency as a combat marksmanship coach. This experience taught me the importance of providing clear instruction and understanding that students often require different teaching methods. Rather than simply demonstrating a correct method, I prefer to challenge students' critical thinking by analyzing outcomes and identifying potential issues.
