I am in school student teaching right now and when I finish in December I will obtain a degree in Elementary Education as well as Special Education. I have a love and passion for teaching as well as helping children learn in any way they can.
I have been in Elementary School settings and have taught Saxon (Common Core) Math. I am able to differentiate lessons for different learning styles students have as well as make accommodations when needed.

I worked in a Special Needs school for almost two years and worked with students that have Autism, ADD, ADHD, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy and other severe disabilities. Many of the students would have several seizures throughout the day and we had to make sure the students were in a safe place and did not get hurt during the seizures as well as help them with everyday life skills.
