I am a Human Resources Professional with 20 plus years of experience. Within this profession, some of my experiences included tutoring employees in math, prepared and provided instructional materials and provided testing for about 3 years which included addition, subtraction, multiplication and division for employees that were deficient in these subjects. These subjects are required because employees were required to ensure that their count of parts were correct for production productivity. As a SC Wrap Youth Advocate, I have tutored clients (children 11 and 12 years of age) in math and provided instructional materials and exams for a period of 6 months.
My education includes an Associate Degree in Offices Systems Technology, which includes many computer software courses such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Business Math and various other courses. I have over 20 years of experience with these software and have taught other co-workers different functions and features of them for about 5 to 10 years. I have learned a lot of things about the computer, just by exploring the functionalities of the software. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management, which includes management and math courses. Lastly, I have a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, which includes management and HR Development courses.
I interact with people every day in helping and assisting them with their needs and wants. My passion is helping individuals achieve their goals and I have the patience to help people, no matter what they think their issue is. Learning is fun, should be fun and not boring. I can tutor students every evening after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and after 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.
