A little background on how and why I began tutoring:
Ever since I was a very young girl around the age of 12 I've helped my grandma with her in home daycare during my school breaks and summer time. So, as I grew older I knew then I had a passion for working with children and helping them to succeed. So, I took my experience and put it to use. With my major and minor I've had a lot of experience working with students Pre-K - 5th grade. In class and virtually I must say its been a success. I want to continue to take what I've learned and better it with my approach to tutoring! I have had a year of experience tutoring a now 5th grader in all subjects before I started with this program and now 2 years with this program. I've came up with lesson plans and new ways to help this individual thrive during the virtual times. I would love to continue sharing them to help better prepare students!
