Hey, I’m Keertik! I recently graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech, earning my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering. Math and physics can feel incredibly daunting, especially when a fast-paced semester leaves you drowning in information. In college and advanced high school courses, you’re often forced to focus so much on the "what" that you don’t have time to understand the "why"—even though that deep conceptual understanding is the secret to making hard problems easy.
My approach to tutoring is simple: I build your foundational understanding from the ground up. To help you truly master the material, I even provide a personal repository of actual homework and exam questions from my time as a student for extra practice. With this foundation, you’ll be able to confidently handle any exam or technical interview that comes your way.
I have a wealth of experience breaking down complex topics for all kinds of learners. I served as an undergraduate teaching assistant for Thermodynamics and Numerical Methods courses, holding both in-person and online office hours. Because these are exceptionally rigorous classes, I became highly skilled at boiling down abstract, complicated topics into manageable, intuitive concepts. Additionally, I am well-versed in tutoring high school and introductory college math and physics.
Beyond traditional classroom tutoring, I also spent four years as a volunteer staff member at a campus makerspace. In that role, I mentored students and professors on how to bring their class, research, and personal projects to life using 3D printing, machining, and woodworking. This experience taught me how to bridge the gap between textbook theory and hands-on application.
Whether you are struggling to keep up with homework or looking to master advanced concepts, I can adapt to your specific learning style. If you have any questions or you’re ready to schedule a lesson, please reach out. I’m excited to start working with you!
