I have experience helping classmates study Anatomy and Physiology throughout my undergraduate coursework, providing one-on-one support and explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand way. Additionally, I am a certified stretch practitioner, working daily with clients to teach proper body mechanics, muscle function, and movement concepts, giving me hands-on experience applying anatomical knowledge in real-world settings. I also hold a First Aid certification.
