My name is Cody, I am a PGY-3 radiology resident. I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Alabama, after which I got a Master's from Mercer University School of Medicine. I attended medical school at Mercer University School of Medicine, where I was inducted into AOA. I was able to perform well on both step 1 and Step 2, scoring a 246 and a 258, respectively. After graduation from medical school, I completed my intern year in Internal Medicine and am now in my Radiology advanced residency program.
I first began tutoring in 2016 at the end of my undergraduate career and continued this while earning my masters degree. During medical school, I was chosen to be a Peer Tutor through the medical school and tutored fellow students in their preclinical and clinical curriculum, as well as assisted with preparation for USMLE Step 1 and 2. Throughout my years serving as a tutor, I have learned a great deal about a variety of learning styles and study methods and believe my insight could be helpful to those who are in the stage of their career that I was in just a few years ago. My tutoring style is to create a welcoming, collaborative, and constructive environment where we can tailor a specific study plan for your needs.
