I'm new to Wyzant, but not new to real estate teaching and tutoring. For the past twenty years of a forty-year real estate career, I have taught and tutored real estate licensing for South Carolina’s largest real estate school.
Please note that my current availability is limited to assisting students who are working towards obtaining or updating their South Carolina real estate or property management licenses.
I have taught over 13,600 classroom hours (including 2,800+ online hours via Zoom) and helped over 8,000 South Carolina students earn or upgrade their real estate licenses. This doesn’t include countless hours of individual and small group tutoring sessions.
I consistently achieve nearly 90% pass rates and receive excellent evaluations.
I hold both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business administration, the Certified Distance Education Instructor certification from the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO), and a South Carolina Broker's license.
I am also the approved “Instructor of Record” and “Subject Matter Expert” for 89 distance education courses currently offered in 16 states.
My tutoring sessions are always tailored towards the student’s individual needs, and I never use a "one size fits all" approach. I have the experience and education to bring relevant personal real-world examples into my sessions and to apply them to the course material.
As time allows, I also write, edit, and update, live and distance education courses for several different education providers. Teaching, however, is always my priority.
