Finding a purpose is life's quest, and I have been fortunate to have found mine from an early age. I have taught high school English for Fourteen years and then continued to become a K-12 principal for nineteen years. I now teach online English Composition courses for Arizona Western College. I'm doing this because I was a classroom professor there for the past six years. I recently moved to Myrtle Beach and would live to continue working with students but this time on an individual basis. I believe I bring multiple approaches to students w different learning styles.
My passion is helping students achieve success. I am gentle but firm, caring but objective and willing to explore all options that promote learning. My ability to adapt to all learning situations is outstanding and I am not too humble to admit that I continue to learn and grow each day.
My ability to use various modalities simultaneously help students to grasp concepts in accordance with their learning styles and other unique needs. Conferences and communication afford students a better quality of education and I look forward to work with families and/or organizations when necessary. I teach the whole child!
