I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design many years ago (1985), where I received my BFA. I studied Illustration, Animation, and Film. I have written music for an animated film I made that toured in Zagreb, among other places. Currently, I am putting a band together to perform my songs, many of which are on the net and can be found easily. I have performed my music out on many occasions.

My art is in many galleries. I make a living as an artist. For 40 years, I have made art, drawing, painting, and sculpting. I have written a book about art and consciousness, entitled, "Vision, Essence, Flow: the Language of Creativity," soon to be published, if not by a publisher, self-published. As a guitarist, I have studied and played guitar for over 35 years, and soon will be performing my music in a band as well as regularly doing covers as a singer and guitarist (and lead guitarist).

This is a great time for me to teach. I am a great teacher. I have written a book, basically, on helping others become better artists and access the artist within. In the years to come, I may not be as available as I am for teaching one-on one. I will continue, however, to write about art and how to become a better artist and about my skills as a draftsman, painter, songwriter and guitarist.

Currently, I am best known for my large frog sculptures. This has been my bread-and-butter as I have developed my talents, particularly in the areas I am willing to teach.

I have taught professionally. I taught animation at Adelphi university. I have also worked with kids. Many years ago, in my twenties, I taught at a kindergarten. I also worked in a Montessori school with my mother, who was a Montessori teacher and principal. In my sculpture work, I have mentored many who have worked for me. I am also a father. I have a lot of experience teaching.
