I have taught in the New Jersey public school system as well as the South Carolina public school system. I am dual certified in Elementary Education and Special Education and hold a M.Ed from Montclair State University. In addition, I am a certified Dyslexia Practitioner through Wilson Reading System and am Orton-Gillingham trained through the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. The Orton-Gillingham method uses an explicit, multi-sensory approach to support all students with becoming successful readers.
