I love helping students master the English language by helping them improve their writing skills. I am available to help with all parts of the writing process from brainstorming ideas to polishing the final product for submission. I have a BA in English from the University of Miami, and have tutored or taught writing in various capacities over the years starting with my very first teaching job as a tutor for the NY Board of Education at the age of 15! My experience since then has included my roles as a writing center tutor at Nyack College, a certified adjunct instructor of College Prep English at Indian River Community College, and as an online English tutor with Tutor.com. I particularly love working with students who feel intimidated by the writing process, as I enjoy helping them see that the process isn't so terrible once you have the tools and guidance you need to complete your writing projects.
