Greetings!

I have a rich background in Eastern European history, from the medieval times up to current events. History is a passion of mine, and I found it fun and exciting to learn about from high school up until college. I enjoy the critical thinking aspect of history and figuring out why things happened the way that they did.

I also have a background in college admissions, so I am qualified to help students with essays, decision making, etc. I have worked at two small private schools, and love helping students figure out what kind of academic environment is their best fit.

I have held positions at two small colleges in their college admissions departments. I've worked with students throughout the entire process, from just learning about a school to acceptance and enrollment. I have also worked on the college counseling side of the desk, helping students find colleges that offer the programs they are looking for and helping craft essays that are memorable for the admission committees, while still staying true to the student's identity.

I majored in European History in college and I always enjoyed the thought provoking dialogue that came out of my history classes. I have completed multiple case studies in Chechnya and it's relationship with Islam, along with Russian political policing, My specialty lies in Eastern Europe, however, I also have a firm foundation of work in Medieval and Renaissance history.
