I will be attending University of Tennessee in the fall of '24 as a pre-medicine major. In my free time, I enjoy reading, performing in musicals, and volunteering at my church.
I strive to connect with each student at their level of understanding to make complex concepts more engaging. My approach is aimed towards understanding each student’s learning style and tailoring the tutoring sessions towards their needs! For middle schoolers, I have tutored mathematics and english classes both online and in person, focusing on algebra and basic mathematics. At the high school level, I have tutored everything from algebra to AP english courses to chemistry. I have tutored high school both online and in person, for basic level classes through AP and dual enrollment courses. When it comes to college courses, I have tutored most general elective courses as well as algebra, precalculus, calculus, biology, chemistry, and anatomy and physiology.
I have been tutoring since 2020 as a volunteer tutor and as a paid tutor since 2021. I was hired by a local university to help tutor college students and high school students participating in a rigorous, advanced academic academy through the university. I have tutored both online and in-person in group settings and one on one.
