My name is Kayla, and I am a Registered Nurse (RN).

I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and successfully completed the NCLEX-RN, which allows me to practice as a licensed Registered Nurse. Many students struggle not because they lack knowledge, but because they have not been taught how to analyze nursing exam questions effectively.

My tutoring focuses on helping students develop those skills.

With over 5 years of tutoring nursing students, I focus on the areas most students struggle with, including prioritization, SATA questions, pharmacology, and clinical judgment. I help students analyze their performance reports and develop test-taking strategies designed for the Next-Gen NCLEX. My goal is to help students rebuild confidence, improve critical thinking, and approach NCLEX questions with a structured strategy that leads to success.

I’ve had a couple of lessons with Kayla so far and I’ve really enjoyed working with her. She’s very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, which makes the lessons feel comfortable and not stressful.
