Very knowledgeable and helpful
I asked Shondia to give me guidance on coding guidelines regarding coding from medical records. I already have my CPC, and needed a refresher on coding guidelines. She answered my question which was how to find deficiencies in the medical record (EMR). She explained how and showed specific examples, and pointed to specific direction in the ICD-10 manual that I can reference for any future uses. She answered all of my questions.
