My name is Katelyn and I've been tutoring friends and younger students for a few years in subjects such as science and math. However, I am largely a science and art kind of person, having had both be part of my life for many years. I enjoy both subjects and sharing that with others, as well as helping students make the best grades and understanding their material.
Having graduated from Clemson University with a Bioengineering degree, I have a lot of experience in a wide variety of sciences, especially biology and physics, which are two aspects of my degree. I also performed research in bioengineering, allowing me to get hands-on experience in working with biology and physics.
I have been heavily involved in art ever since high school! I received a 5 on my AP Drawing Studios and AP 2D Design classes in high school and continue to use adobe photoshop in drawing. I can draw both digitally and traditionally, doing still lifes, portraits, contour drawings, as well as illustrations and graphic design.
I look forward to meeting new people and teaching aspects of both science and art!
