I am a 32 year old graduate of Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. I received my BS in Electrical Engineering. During my time as a student I volunteered at the Intel Computer Clubhouse at Whitefoord Elementary school where I showed students different types of computer programs/software and showed them how to use. Also I taught math as substitute teacher at Whitefoord Elementary School (k-6). I used different creative methods to encourage the kids to participate more in the subject of math. I understand that one size doesn't fit all so its my goal to understand the individual I am working with and adjust to there level of understanding.
In high school I was in the teacher cadet program. Also I taught math to elementary age students and received positive feedback.
I believe that all students call understand any subject and its up to the instructor to find way for the student to full understand. I am a patience individual who seeks for every student to understand every subject he/she has.
I like making learning fun and practical. It might sound contradictory but learning how things are applied in a real life situation makes for understanding whatever is being taught understandable and relate-able.
