Modi is a one of a kind tutor. He can break down even the toughest concepts to make them easier to retain. I was extremely stressed and extremely lost in my chemistry class and because of him, I had a fighting chance come exam time. He is also sensitive to neurodivergent needs and he has this way of establishing rapport that instills a ton of confidence. I went to into my exam without any anxiety whatsoever, which will absolutely contribute to any success I see on it. He’s remarkably versatile, and has been able to help me with other classes as well. You’ll never hear him toss advanced lingo at you, which can often be embarassing to not understand and damaging to confidence. Chemisty can be one of the more frustrating sciences and can make anyone swear, but Modi doesn’t judge you for any of your grievances. This makes the environment truly comfortable. The only complaint I have is that he wasn’t on Wyzant at the beginning of my chemistry degree. It would have been an honor to have him as my go-to tutor from day one. I will certainly continue to seek his advice, even when I think I understand what I am doing, simply because I want to know more. I also think he would be the perfect tutor for the chemistry section of the MCAT. He will teach you the simplest route to the correct answer, and that is vital for this exam.

Amazing Mentor and Tutor!!
Mr. Modi was an incredible tutor! If you are taking Organic Chemistry, and need a tutor, he is your guy. He is very knowledgeable and brings with him a ton of experience being an educator himself. I had two years in-between me taking Organic Chemistry 1 and 2 and Mr. Modi was patient with me and helped me get caught back up to speed. He provides examples and practice sets that helped reinforce what I was learning in my own classroom and in the end I ended getting an A+ in my Organic Chemistry 2 course, and I have Mr. Modi's guidance and motivation every week, to thank for that.

I highly recommend Modi to anyone in need of a tutor for chemistry! I'm currently retaking Organic Chemistry and there is no way I would've passed or understood any of the material without his help! He's not only a fantastic tutor but an incredible life coach! He's brought back so much confidence in myself. Not only academically, but also outside of school! As someone who isn't a big fan of organic chemistry, I do hope I have another chemistry class so I can use Modi as a tutor again! We need more professors like Modi!

Excellent Tutor Who Makes Complex Topics Simple
Dr. Modi is incredibly patient and understanding, always willing to meet you where you are in your understanding. Even if I didn’t grasp a concept at first, he would break it down to a simpler level until I got it. I left each session feeling much more confident. He provides very detailed explanations and even writes them down, which is super helpful for reviewing later. Plus, he's always available when you need him.
