I’ve worked with non English speakers extensively, while in the military. That experience helped me transition into corporate training, namely by working with foreign nationals on ensuring that business plans could be understood in English and that proper context was given. There are many nuances in language and when it comes to English, context is critical. Your best thoughts could become invalid if not positioned and expressed clearly.
