Hello! I am a dynamic, patient, friendly, and intelligent individual who is looking forward to helping people improve their grades in areas I love and an knowledgeable about! I have been a private tutor for many years, encountering success with each student. I have also been assistant teaching upper level biology classes at the College of Charleston for over two years. I have had positive feedback from many students in my Comparative Anatomy and Biological Anthropology labs each semester! Many of my former students have complemented me on my teaching ability, and I believe this can be attributed to my constant ability to adapt to each student. There is ALWAYS more than one way to teach something and I happen to be quite proficient at finding what learning style works for YOU! I am ready and equipped to handle students who are visual, kinesthetic, or auditory learners-- even students who are all three.
I currently have a BS in Marine Biology, with many hours in Chemistry, Physics, French, and Art, as well as a 3.7 overall GPA. I also have 18 hours of graduate credit from the University of Washington's prestigious, Nobel Prize winning Friday Harbor Labs. At the moment, I am applying to PhD programs to work with functional morphology of endemic South American fossil mammals (reconstructing how these ancient creatures lived by trying to interpret their biomechanic energetic constraints).
If you need academic help, please, let my diverse background and outgoing, adaptable personality work for you!
Thank you for your consideration!!
