My teaching experience spans the entirety of my hospitality career. I have designed and led structured wine education curricula for teams ranging from entry-level servers to seasoned hospitality professionals, incorporating blind tastings, producer visits, and written training materials. I am deeply familiar with the WSET examination framework at Levels 1 through 3, as well as the Court of Master Sommeliers study pathway, and I tailor my approach to meet each student where they are — whether they are a curious beginner or a working professional preparing for a certification exam. My sessions are conversational, rigorous, and grounded in real-world application rather than rote memorization.
In addition to wine education, I offer tutoring in business fundamentals, marketing, career development, and interview preparation — drawing on my experience hiring, mentoring, and developing teams across some of the most demanding dining environments in the country.
