I also offer essay coaching/editing for college/grad school applications, scholarships, summer programs, and essay competitions, as well as general academic writing tutoring. One of my previous students is currently studying at Harvard and another is in law school at University of California Berkeley. Another student of mine was recently awarded the John Locke Institute Global Essay Prize.
I am comfortable teaching both in person and remotely (over zoom), and I will personalize my teaching approach to an individual student's learning style. When tutoring, I aim to guide students without giving them the answers outright. My goal is to teach them the underlying principles in their subject of study so they can continue solving problems themselves, instead of just going through the motions of calculating an answer. I care deeply about each and every one of my students and will always strive to teach them to the best of my ability so they can continue excelling in the future.
