I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Mathematics, with a focus on pure math and computer science. I've consistently made the Dean's List throughout my time at university, which reflects a strong command of the core subjects I tutor, Calculus I and II (limits, derivatives, integrals, series, and convergence tests), Linear Algebra (matrix operations, Gaussian elimination, determinants, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, vector spaces, and linear independence), and Discrete Mathematics (logic, set theory, proofs by induction and contradiction). I also have solid programming experience in Python with a focus on data structures like lists, stacks, queues, and trees, as well as sorting algorithms and Big-O complexity analysis. My background gives me a firm grasp of both the abstract theory and the practical problem-solving techniques that students struggle with.

For the past two years, I've worked as a peer tutor at my university, meeting one-on-one with students ranging from freshmen in their first calculus course to juniors wrestling with linear algebra proofs and matrix-heavy assignments. My approach is to work through problems in real time, side by side, narrating every step and the logic behind it. I don't just show you how to solve a problem, I make sure you understand why the method works, so you can apply it to any variation a professor might throw at you. I push for speed and technique, but I stop and backtrack whenever something isn't clear. I've helped students go from failing quizzes to passing finals by focusing on building intuition alongside execution, and I bring that same approach to every session.
