I’m a certified Orton-Gillingham advanced-level dyslexia practitioner with over 11 years of experience. Before receiving my O.G. training at the Children's Dyslexia Center in Rhode Island, I earned my master's in Special Education and worked as both a classroom teacher and a private tutor. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I also have my Teacher-Level Certificate in Orton-Gillingham, from the Children's Dyslexia Center of Cranston. I have experience working with young children with dyslexia, and I enjoy helping children become more proficient readers.

In addition, I am certified in Orton-Gillingham to help children with dyslexia. I enjoy figuring out how each individual student learns and catering to their needs.

I have two years experience teaching children with various learning disabilities, plus several more years experience tutoring, most recently with children who have dyslexia. The Orton-Gillingham approach that I use is very effective for teaching children who have difficulty with reading, writing and spelling.
