We concentrated on pH values and titrations, worked on some practice problems related to the topic. We discussed how to use the ICE tablets, and using the calculator to solved problems. She was very thorough, patient and helpful.

Outstanding Tutor Beyond the Subject Matter
Chemistry had been a nemesis for my grandson. He'd taken it a few times and had to withdraw from classes. To his credit, he refused to change courses, and his CCRI graduation and Associate Degree were dependent upon his passing chemistry. Hilary gave him more than an excellent grasp of the course subject matter. She blended his tutoring sessions with help in his study habits and organizational skills. What a joy when he passed chemistry with a B average, and walked across the stage at commencement to be awarded his Associate Degree. He's now on his way to Rhode Island College. Great Tutor
Hilary is a phenomenal tutor and has really helped me master college chemistry. She was always flexible with times to meet and always came prepared and open to whatever I wanted to work on. She helped me with chemistry practice problems and was great at breaking down and explaining concepts that I had trouble with. She was easy to get in touch with and encouraged me to email her during the week if I was having any trouble. I received an A at the end of the semester and know that without Hilary I would not have been as confident in the class.

Couldn't ask for better
Hillary is very easy to work with and very flexible and really goes out of her way. She is on time and ready to work. Hillary provides great feedback about the lessons so I feel like I know what is being covered and how my daughter is doing. My daughter enjoys working with her and that is saying something since it's the summer and they are working on Algebra II and Chemistry.

My daughter's schedule can be slightly erratic but Hilary always manages to take time out of her very busy schedule to work with my daughter when she needs it. My daughter received an A after a quarter of working with Hilary. Awesome!
