I am a two-time graduate of Brown University. I completed my BA with honors in Film and Literary Arts and I'm currently finishing my MFA in Literary Arts. As an undergraduate, I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and in 2020, I was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to study experimental writing and poetry in Portugal.
Between my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I lived in New York City for five years where I worked as an independent tutor, specializing in reading, writing, and ISEE and SSAT test prep for elementary and middle school students. During my time as an MFA student, I have designed and taught two college-level creative writing workshops. This summer, I will be teaching an arts workshop for high schoolers as part of Brown University’s pre-college program. I am also at work on my first novel, so I bring a working writer's perspective to everything I do. I’m here to help your student strengthen their writing and find their own unique voice.
