I have a Bachelors degree in psychology with honors from Trinity College. I received a 5 in AP psychology, and have a 3.9 GPA across the 20 psychology specific classes and labs I have taken. Some notable courses I have taken include Evolution of Life, Memory in Everyday Life, Research Design and Analysis, Psychopathology, Cognitive Psychology, Brain and Behavior, Clinical Psychology, Perception, Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health, Behavioral Neuroscience, Executive Functioning, Social Psychology, Drugs and Behavior, Psychological Assessment, Psychology of Attention and Neuropsychopharmacology. I can also provide assistance in other areas.

I also have strengths in the research process, having just completed my thesis in metacognition and perceptual judgments, which will hopefully be published this summer. I have also worked on a separate research project, creating a survey addressing the topic of treatment for people with disabilities. I am also currently employed as a research assistant in the Yale Psychiatry Hospital working under Dr Sophie Holmes as a part of the Depression Research Program where we examine the effects of ketamine on depression. These approaches have given me an understanding of a variety of different types of research.

Throughout my research and coursework I have developed a range of valuable skills. I have a good amount of practice writing scientifically, such as preparing manuscripts of empirical research, writing literature reviews and writing research proposals. I also have knowledge of the programming language R from classes and from working on my thesis, as well as using PsychoPy Builder to design online psychological experiments.
