With having an 8 year old daughter of my own I am understanding and patient. I enjoy play chess (and coffee). It's extremely rewarding when a student starts to understand how to play and starts developing their own strategy. I firmly believe what can be learned thru chess can be applied to many areas of our daily lives. I look at teaching chess not as learning a game but more as developing life skills.
