Beyond applied sciences, my extensive education has made me intimately familiar with a variety of scientific disciplines. triple-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist exam (CSCS), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) with an MS Kinesiology (4.0 GPA), MPH Health Behavior (4.0 GPA), BS Kinesiology, and BA Psychology. Reinforcing this, I have also published peer-reviewed academic research.

In addition to the subjects listed in my profile, I am also exceptionally competent at helping you prepare for any material pertaining to Exercise Science, Exercise Psychology, Biomechanics, or Kinesiology.
