Patty is a patient, kind, and organized teacher. She connected very well with my 8 year old ADHD daughter over the last few months where we have met three times a week. It is evident that she is devoted to her profession and the children she works with. She made the process fun for my daughter who easily gets distracted. One of things I appreciated the most was the detailed recaps after every session. Patty really takes the time to share progress and challenges with parents along with what point in the curriculum they are at. Patty has been great! She has been working with my son on elementary school reading, spelling, and enunciation. She is very direct and helps to keep him on task. Being online has so much opportunity for distractions and she does a great job to help him stay focused and present for the sessions.

She took her time with my daughter to help explain the problems and make sure she understood what she was learning. She also gave her extra tools to use when doing certain problems in school to help ease the complexity of the problem. She always great at interacting and knowing my daughters limits and what works for her. I love that she incorporates educational games which is much more conducive to my daughters learning allowing her to grasp concepts better. She also goes out of her way to share extra items or things we can do at home that will help her outside of tutoring as well.
