In achieving my Doctorate, I successfully completed a rigorous academic program demanding knowledge and utilization of statistical analysis, comprehensive program monitoring and evaluation, experience internationally in South America and Africa, and a dissertation analyzing the first, comprehensive domestic United States HIV/AIDS policy with an intersectional focus. This research included analysis of data collected from 300 individual respondents as well as executive level consultation with current and former White House Directors’ among others.

Professionally, I have worked for a variety of private enterprises, NGO's and educational institutes. My areas of focus have been around sustainable growth and development. This has provided the opportunity to work with clients to develop business through strategic planning, data analysis, financial & project management. I have represented associations at national conferences, and collaborated with other advocates to develop policy recommendations directed at improving the quality of life for underserved populations in terms of justice, health and community relations.

Serving as Assistant Dean, I was the primary liaison between students and administration, frequently facilitating conflict resolution on behalf of students. I was administratively responsible for accreditation compliance, and human resource support for faculty. In the classroom I have tutored students at a variety of levels in English as a second language, as well as in other subjects from Math prep to economics.

I have earned two Masters degrees and a PhD.
