Hi, I’m Jadiel! I’m currently studying Electrical Engineering, where mathematics is at the center of everything I do every day. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with middle school, high school, and college students in peer-tutoring and individual settings, helping them navigate everything from general Math and fundamental Algebra to Precalculus and Physics. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I frequently help students who benefit from having complex technical concepts explained in whichever language they feel most comfortable using.
My approach to tutoring is simple: math isn't about memorizing formulas, it's about understanding the underlying logic. When a student feels stuck, I focus on breaking down intimidating problems into clear, step-by-step concepts that actually make sense. I keep my sessions patient, interactive, and conversational so students feel comfortable asking questions without feeling rushed or judged. Whether we are preparing for an upcoming test or working through a tough weekly homework assignment, my main goal is to build long-term confidence so students can approach their next exam on their own.
Outside of my college curriculum, I have also worked in undergraduate research, engineering projects, and corporate internships across different industries. I am quick to respond to messages and very adaptable with scheduling. Feel free to send me a message with any details about what you or your student are currently working on, and I look forward to working together!
