My primary objective in tutoring and teaching is to assist students in developing their critical thinking skills, their communication and writing skills, and their own self-directed learning techniques through collaborative, creative, and practical instruction methods. I completed my graduate education (Master of Arts in Ministry, Leadership Studies, graduating with high honors) at Capital Seminary and Graduate School, formerly known as Lancaster Bible College. My Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, depth in English and Communications, degree was completed through Excelsior College (formerly known as Regents College, The University of the State of New York).
I have a unique background that includes both instructional and editorial management experience. These opportunities have given me practical insight both in the classroom and in the publishing industry. I am then able to offer students a perspective on the language arts and tools that will truly facilitate their secondary learning while sharpening their personal skills for college and the workplace.
