Knew the topics well that I wanted to cover and gave valuable tips to remember. We started out with him getting to know where I was in my understanding of the software and we built in that. I had two sessions and we worked thru all of my concerns. To close the sessions we did a recap of the topics I wanted to cover. Thanks for having a specialist like this who knows the subject. I will use again in the future.
