Hello, I'm Vrishank. I'm a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and minors in Business Administration and Chemistry. Through a dual enrollment program offered at my high school, I received an Associate's degree in General Sciences in addition to my high school diploma.
I have about 3 years of tutoring experience working as an official tutor for my college, where I worked as an individual tutor among other positions (Drop-In Tutor & Study Group Leader). As an individual tutor, college students would schedule appointments with me during which I would assist with any topics in the class they requested. I'd typically tutor introductory chemistry and various maths (ranging from algebra to calculus). I was also a TA for my university's CHEM111 & 112 (Intro Chem 1 & 2) class, where I'd guide a classroom of students through the course for the entire semester. I also have a year of tutoring experience teaching math, English, and science to students ranging from K-12. I'd be seated with 3-4 students each hour and assist with an assignment for their respective subjects and grade level.
While in High School I took the SAT and received a score of 1550; 780 and 770 in the English and Math section respectively. My method of preparation was very simple and replicable, and has helped a few students improve their scores already.
I want to address the student's needs as best as possible, so I welcome any resources and suggestions students or parents can provide. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a lesson!
