Throughout my career, teaching and developing others has been central to my work. At IKEA, I designed and led an enterprise-wide learning ecosystem that trained and onboarded 15,000 employees during a major organizational and process transformation, building curriculum, facilitator guides, and governance structures to sustain adoption. As CEO of my own advisory firm, I coach individual clients one-on-one on digital transformation, operating models, and adoption strategy, and as a Program Director at a nonprofit I built intake and assessment frameworks used to guide 200+ business owners toward capital readiness. Across every role I've taught concepts from Lean/Six Sigma process improvement to project management fundamentals to strategic operating model design, using a practical, case-based approach: breaking down real business problems, applying frameworks step-by-step, and checking understanding through applied exercises rather than lecture alone.
My teaching experience spans nearly every level of an organization and multiple settings over more than two decades: frontline employees and new hires in classroom and workshop settings, mid-level managers in small-group coaching sessions, and C-suite executives in one-on-one strategic advisory engagements. I've also mentored entrepreneurs and small-business owners in a nonprofit capital-access program.
