I am a certified Social Studies teacher. I obtained my Masters in Secondary Education and my PA State Teaching Certificate from Lehigh University. I've worked with children and teenagers in many capacities and fields, such as education, social work, and mental/behavioral health. Specifically, I am certified to teach grades 7-12, but I also enjoy working with elementary students.
I have worked in in the mental and behavioral health field as a counselor and a behavioral specialist. Some of my work has included prevention education, where I discussed many aspects of sociology and their relevance to violence and bullying.
I can read, write, and speak Spanish with general conversational proficiency.

Some fun facts about me: My favorite hobby is hiking with my family and our two dogs. We are also a big car-enthusiast family, so we spend our weekends at race events whenever we can. I am a certified scuba diver and lover of The Office. I can't wait to meet you!
