I’m Anton, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from George Washington University with a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon, focused on robotics and programming. Math has been my home base since high school, where I earned top marks in Algebra, Geometry, and AP Calculus/Physics. I continued my studies through Calculus I–III, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and core engineering courses such as Statics, Dynamics, and introductory Control Systems. Along the way, I helped classmates and younger students one-on-one, translating tough ideas into clear steps and practical examples.

My tutoring is simple, structured, and encouraging. I begin with a brief goal-setting discussion and a few diagnostic questions to gauge your thinking. Then we build understanding from first principles, turn problems into pictures, and name the patterns you’ll reuse on exams. Sessions include guided practice and test-day strategies so you know what to do first on any question. After each meeting, students receive clean solution write-ups and a focused practice plan, which makes progress visible and reduces stress.

I work with motivated high-school and college students in Algebra through AP Calculus, Calculus I–III, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Physics (mechanics). For students who want broader support, I can also draw on my engineering and design background to advise on early career development—tightening resumes and LinkedIn profiles, shaping portfolio websites, and running realistic mock interviews—and I teach foundational photography skills (composition, lighting, and efficient editing in Lightroom/Photoshop) for creative electives and professional headshots. I’m patient, responsive, and results-oriented, and I’m available online or in the Swarthmore, PA area. Message me with your course details and upcoming dates, and we’ll create a clear plan to help you achieve your goals.

Interview Prep

’m a Mechanical Engineer (GWU) with a Master’s from Carnegie Mellon focused on robotics and programming. I coach students and early-career professionals for STEM interviews by sharpening resume stories (STAR), building a clear elevator pitch, and practicing behavioral questions with targeted feedback. For technical screens, we review fundamentals (problem-solving, math/physics basics, Python/MATLAB concepts) and practice whiteboard-style reasoning and estimation. Sessions are practical and fast-moving—you’ll leave with refined answers, a checklist for the next week, and realistic mock-interview reps.
