There, I worked closely with both traditional and nontraditional students on class essays, scholarship applications, and a variety of written assignments. I graduated "Magna Cum Laude" in 2024 with a degree in English and a minor in African American Studies.

Currently, I’m in graduate school working toward a Ph.D. in English and African American Studies, with the goal of becoming a college professor. Over the past year, I’ve also had the opportunity to teach an “Introduction to College Writing” course to undergraduate students.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English and a minor in African American studies in 2024. I grounded my undergraduate thesis in African American studies focusing on Black women's feminine expression. I am currently pursuing a dual-title PhD in English and African American studies.
