I'm a native English speaking photographer with business experience in New York City, Miami, Honolulu, and Bangkok. I am a writer and the author of more than a dozen books at Amazon.com. I have experience shooting landscape, macro, and journalistic photography. Some of my photos have been printed in national publications like People Magazine and the New York Post.

As a hobby, I enjoy playing Texas Holdem Poker online and in person when I get the opportunity. I can explain the basics and mid-level tactics of poker to people willing to learn.

I have a master's degree (MA) in counseling psychology. I can communicate easily with people who are trying to learn English online. I have taught English online with some Chinese-based companies. I have been working online for more than twenty years. I have more than 60 million views on YouTube of my videos, which suggests that I have a personality that people find palatable and I am easy to understand.

I began my photography hobby in the Air Force while stationed in Hawaii. From there I went to New York City and became a slide duplication specialist and custom Cibachrome printing technician. I then worked with a top fashion photographer as an assistant and shot model's portfolios of models working with Ford, Wilhemina, and Zoli.

I shot freelance for People Magazine, New York Post, and New York Daily News.

My photos have sold on stock photography agencies since 1993.

I learned Texas Holdem Poker three years ago and dove in headfirst to learn everything I could about the game. I'm a mid-stakes player and I have a strong grasp of the basics and some advanced topics. I can easily explain the fundamentals and help beginners learn the game to a high degree.
