Hello everyone! I’m a sophomore at Thomas Jefferson University in Pennsylvania, where I’m pursuing a Pre-Med degree. Some of my favorite subjects are Chemistry, Biology, and Math.
Since I’m still a student, my qualifications as a tutor come from both my strong academic record and extensive experience helping others.
In my first year of college, I earned top grades in all my courses — including a 112% in Chemistry 104, 98% in Biology 104, and 98% in Calculus II. I also scored the highest on the ACS (American Chemical Society) exam for Chemistry 104 at my university, placing me in the 99th percentile nationally.
In addition, I completed a six-week summer forensic science program at the Fredric Rieders Family Foundation Laboratories — they have the biggest private forensic lab in the U.S. I gained hands-on experience in forensic chemistry, biology, and toxicology using state-of-the-art equipment, and gave a presentation in a simulated courtroom based on my work.
I believe strong communication is just as important as subject knowledge. I always aim to connect with each student personally and adjust my teaching style to match their learning needs. I currently work in the university’s admissions office, where I lead tours for guests — a role that requires clear, confident communication and adaptability. I’ve also led review sessions in chemistry and biology to help fellow students prepare for exams.
As a student, I understand the challenges others face and strive to explain complex topics in a relatable, engaging way. My goal is to help every student build deep, lasting understanding — and confidence in themselves.
I look forward to working with you!
