I am a retired elementary principal of 19 years. I have an early childhood and elementary degree and have taught kindergarten, fifth and sixth grade. I have a special education certification and taught this for 10 years including all exceptionalities. I also was an intermediate Unit’s TELLS Math teacher and taught remedial math to 1st through 6th grade. I have taught inner city students and exceptionally wealthy students and found that all students can learn. You just have to find the answer to the learning difficulties that the children face and remediate them.
