Hi Students,
Nice to meet you! My name is Rachel. For my day job, I am a Human Resources head for a global technology company. I work in a center of excellence called OEPM--Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management. I develop and execute talent programs and projects that impact over 250k employees, lead organizational design for merger and acquisitions and determine yearly compensation and performance management models.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I also hold a MEd with a specialization in Adult and Organizational Learning.
I have designed and facilitated effective presentation skills and public speaking courses for Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Cognizant.

I am a home-based employee and my g
