Andrew, 2 lessons with DavidDavid is well connected to his high school students and did a fantastic job of getting through to my son. He started with fundamental principles of physics concepts and kept going over them and doing problems to help him see the steps involved with solving them. He also took advice from me about what I saw were weaknesses with how my son was lacking some fundamental understandings of abstract concepts. I would highly recommend David.
Physics and math can be daunting tasks for many students, and some teachers fail to communicate the nuances needed for understanding by either glossing over or ignoring completely. As a physics teacher with degrees in Math and Physics, I am aware of the areas of struggle students can experience and how to cut through to the heart of the issue. I believe in tutoring students to both help them understand the material but also to understand the teacher's style and accommodate to provide success...

We are so pleased with David! My son Evan has found his instruction so helpful, making difficult concepts easier to understand by breaking problems down into systematic clear steps. Great tutor.
David is tutoring geometry and physics for my sons. Both of my sons say he is very patient and really knows what they need to know. He went over every tests they had and helped with homework questions. I am glad we found him to help.
