Max, 3 lessons with LisaLisa offered my daughter excellent help on the eve of an important test. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She also asked great questions to make sure my daughter was really conversant in the material before moving on to the next problem. We will be using Lisa again, for sure!
I teach Conceptual, College Prep, and AP Physics 1. Students regularly come after school to work with me one on one for extra help. I love seeing that light bulb when things finally click. Just class time is not always enough time for students to excel at physics, many need to put in the extra time. I've found that most often students with difficulty are just equation shopping instead of understanding physics concepts or they have deficiencies in math. One on one tutoring at YOUR pace...

My son has worked with Lisa several times for his AP Physics class. She has helped him bring his test scores from 85 on average to 95, and she has built his confidence. Well worth the money. He loves the fact that she is often available on short notice, since he is the kid that forgets there is a test until the last minute. Great tutor.
